An intentional and interactive approach just for young women leaders, The Leadership Intensive provides all the ingredients needed for accelerated leadership development.
Why I created The Leadership Intensive:
Because I’ve been there. I know what a challenging privilege it is to be the only young female at the leadership table. I remember appreciating the professional advice the men in leadership would occasionally share and longing to connect with other women who had “been there, done that.” And most importantly, I created The Leadership Intensive because I believe in this generation of women leaders – they are poised and ready to change the world.
What is involved in The Leadership Intensive:
- Collaborative Community: You will be sharpened by intentionally connecting with other dynamic leaders like yourself. Through a 24 hour retreat, monthly Saturday gatherings, and our “season finale” celebration you will build relationships and be inspired by their leadership stories.
- Challenging Coaching: Through monthly, one-on-one coaching, I will help you uncover your leadership potential and help you determine what steps will get you there. In addition, our monthly Saturday gatherings will include guest coaches to offer additional leadership perspective and experiences to our conversation.
- Conversational Content: Your leadership story. Change. Conflict. Decision making and negotiation. Soul care for leadership. Each of these critical topics will be addressed through interactive and informal conversations shaped by the participants. We will use real scenarios as our case studies for applying tested leadership principles.
